Rachael has worked with adolescents and their families to reduce the suffering caused by addiction for over 10 years. She combines her training in cognitive behavioral therapy, experiential intervention, and mindfulness practice to empower adolescents to create the life they want. Rachael is currently the residential program manager of Midtown Homes Nashville where she works to provide a clinically relevant, supportive environment for residents in transitional sober living homes. She previously worked as the clinical director of outpatient substance abuse treatment at Bradford Health, and as a project coordinator at Vanderbilt University where she managed several large social science research projects. Rachael will provide intervention and therapeutic support when needed, and serve as part of our family recovery programming team.
